How does the free trial work?
Your 30-day free trial starts as soon as you create your workspace, with full access to the workflow. You can send real quotes, book approved jobs, and track progress before deciding on a paid plan.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Customers receive a quote link by email and open it in any mobile or desktop browser. They can review details and accept or reject without installing an app.
Do my workers need an app?
No app is required for workers. They open job details and update progress from a mobile-friendly browser link, including while on-site.
How do quotes and approvals work?
You create and send a quote from Capatto, and the customer gets a secure link to respond. Once accepted, you can book the job to a worker and keep the quote and job status aligned.
How do workers update job progress?
Workers use their link to mark job progress as work moves forward and add notes from the field. Updates are reflected in Capatto so office staff can see the latest status without extra calls.
What happens after a job is completed?
Completed jobs stay visible with their status and notes in your dispatch history. You can then move completed work into invoicing without re-entering all the job details.
How quickly can I get started?
Most teams can start the same day. A common first run is: create a quote, send it for approval, then book the accepted job to a worker.
Can I use both Project Planning and Workforce Dispatch?
Yes. Capatto supports both products, so you can manage planning and day-to-day dispatch in one workspace. Teams can run either workflow on its own or use both together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from billing settings at any time. There is no long-term lock-in.
